After having my appointment cancelled because the plumber was delayed on a earlier job, he arrived the next day 15 minutes late and immediately told me he had no time to buy the replacement valves because he had to rush to get to another job, AFTER I had to wait an additional day. I had two different valves I bought at Home Depot, so to save travel time he used them. The job was completed but Im not happy about having two different types of valves for my washer (two different part numbers to track) or being second string to other jobs...twice. Also, price for 45 minutes of work was a bit excessive. Should mention Jose was courteous, clean and efficient.

John and his assistant (sorry I forgot his name but great guy) came out to inspect and clean my sewer sump pump and did an awesome job. John is very knowledgeable, energetic and cares deeply about his work. They both went above and beyond. Definitely will hire him again.
